Alex Duffy is amazing. I first met Alex in April 2015 when I had debilitating lower back pain. I felt Personal training was my last resort. After three sessions with Alex my back pain had gone. I steadily lost 1-2 pounds a week using his workout and dietary suggestions. After three months I had lost a stone and was starting to gain confidence in my back again. Every time I struggled with an exercise, he'd break it down for me and demonstrate tirelessly. I am now lifting heavier weights, feeling amazingly strong and the fittest I've ever been. Alex encourages the use of weights that I would consider beyond my capabilities. He makes me believe that I can do it. He's always at the top of his game and has motivated me beyond belief. Plus every single session has been a lot of fun!
